can i get house arrest from a dui i wmight be convicted of from three years ago

It all depends on the circumstances of your particular case.

For instance, was this a repeat offense (ie had you ever been convicted of DUI before)?  How high was your blood alcohol level?  Was anyone injured in accident associated with this incident?  Was there a child of under the age of 15 in the car?

These and other factors all play a part your sentencing.
