If I’m traveling from the US to Costa Rica but have a felony conviction, do I need anything other than my passport for entry/exit?

I have a Class 1 felony on my record from 7 years ago; I never did any jail time. My passport was issued this year.

What is your US immigration status?  If you are not a US citizen, you will have issues upon trying to reenter the US. You are advised to speak with an immigration attorney in your area before you attempt any international travel, if you intend to be able to return to the US.
