giving tenant 60 days notice there is no lease agreements but verbally

I let two of my friends stay at my place agreed to pay me rent 600 a month no security deposit up to 6 months or month to month and there is no written lease agreement and I have given the tenants 60 days noticed and they refused what shall I do

At this point, you will need to file for an"unlawful detainer (i.e. eviction). Once granted, you can force your tenants to vacate if need be. However, you will have to have the sheriff, etc. do that. Taking no self-help measures such as changing the locks or removing their personal belongings. If you do, then you may face a lawsuit for unlawful eviction. You can possibly find out more information about all of this online or you can speak with an attoreny who handles landlord/tenant cases.
