If my girlfriend moved in to my home and now refuses to leave, what can I do?

She moved in her with her 2 kids and we have a baby together. I asked her to gobut she says that she is not leaving; she will destroy the home first. She has put holes in walls and is very nasty and abusive. She wants me to move from my home that I’m paying for. Do I have anyrights?

She is a guest that has turned squatter so you aer going to have to evict her if she will not leave voluntarily.  But you have an extra added problem and I think it borders harrassment.  So I would see about a restraining order.  If she is really destroying the house then cal the police.  Good luck.
