If my girlfriend gave me a cell phone and then we broke up and now she wants it back, do I have to give to her?

Was is a gift from her?  Then the answer is most likely "no", you do not have to give it back.  Gifts are not seen as "conditional" unless there is a contract stating as such  - and then it is not really a gift - or an engagement ring, which is a whole other issue.  Good luck.
