Getting married before divorce is final.

My ex husband got married before 30 day
waiting period. Can I contest it?
Divorce final December 1,2016 and he
got married January 1,2017. How long do
I have to contest it?

Your divorce is now final, so you have no standing in this matter. That having been said, your ex-husband's re-marriage is not legal. It will be consdered to be null and void in the eyes of the law. This means that it is as if it never occurred.
