What to do regarding a gap during an H1B change of employer?

I have been on H1B with company A. I have got another offer from company B, processed my H1B transfer through premium and is approved already. Last working day at my current company A is the 21st of this month and future company B has requested me to join on the 27th as that would be a fresh week start. Will this be be OK? Will this gap cause any problems?

This should not cause any problems or issues with your status. You can have a little vacation in between your jobs. You were in valid status at the time the transfer petition was submitted by the second employer and you do not have to start employment with that company the minute the petition is approved.
