Five years ago I received my fourth DUI (Felony) and my license taken away FOREVER! What are my options of getting Forever lifted?

According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, a
4th DUI or Subsequent DUI Conviction will result in a mandatory permanent revocation. There is not even an option to apply for a hardship license.
