What to do if my ex-boyfriend accused me of fraud regarding a checking account that he gave me permission to use?

He gave me use for his needs when he was in jail to send him money, etc. Now that he is out his saying this is fraud on his account? This all happened 2 years ago.

If you were given permission to use your boyfriend's credit card while he was in jail for his needs, then your use of the credit card was not improper. If you can show that you used the credit card to purchase items for him then you should be fine.

Given the fact that he was in jail and is now making claims against you two years later, I doubt that law enforcement will be too interested in his claims. Good luck.
