During an investigation/questioning can my employer deny me my constitutional rights?

Unfortunately, private employers are not bound by the Constitution in this regard--its due process and justice-related requirements apply to the government. So if you are employed by a private employer, it's unclear what "constitutional rights" you would have: for example, there is no right to remain silent or against self-incrimination; no right to be confronted by your accusers; no protection from having your work area searched; no right to due process or to counsel or representation; etc.
