In the state of Missouri, can I be called in on my day off for a random drug

An employee may be called in on their day off. The reason is that most work arrangments are what is known as "at will". This means that an employer can impose any requirements/conditions that they see fit. The exceptions to this would be if there is a stated company policy or a union/employment contract to the contrary Also, if this situation has arisen due to some type of legally actionable discrimination, that would be illegal. That having been said, the time to take this test would generally be considered to be compensable work time it you are a non-exempt employee (and if such time puts you over 40 in your work week you are entitled to OT).
