DOES MY HUSBAND HAVE ANY CLAIM ON HOUSE I BOUGHT WHILE WE WERE SEPARATED AND DIVORCE PAPERS FILED?

I PURCHASED A HOME WHILE WE WERE SEPARATED AND DIVORCE PAPERS FILED. HE BECAME ILL AND I LET HIM STAY WITH ME UNTIL HE WAS BETTER. NOW HE WILL NOT LEAVE AND SAYS I HAVE TO BUY HIM OUT. HE OWNS ANOTHER HOUSE IN HIS NAME ONLY. I JUST WANT HIM TO LEAVE AND HIS NAME IS NOT ON ANY PAPERS CONCERNING MY HOUSE.

I hope your divorce case is still going, because if it is, that ought to be the end of it.

Even if you have the right to kick him out, it isn't always that simple, so I think it is very important that you have a divorce lawyer review all of the facts of your case, for advice you can rely on about what to do next.  There may well be a right way and a wrong way to kick him out, and the wrong way might be a very expensive mistake.  One place to find a qualiified attorney who can help you make the right choice here is our website, http://attorneypages.com
