Does my former spouse have a legal right to know my place of employment and my hours?

No, she does not have a legal right to know this unless
1 Your divorce decree or agreement gives her the right to know or
2 She brings a lawsuit against you such as if you fail to pay all your support obligations and your employer, hours, and even potentially salary is relevant which it would be, in a support case, in which event she could get the information in the course of the lawsuit.
