Does a suspended sentence apply everywhere?

Say for instance I was given a suspended sentence in one county and committed another crime in a different county. Will that suspended sentence still apply to me?

No, the judge only suspended your sentence received in connection with offense number 1.  Your sentence for crime number 2 still needs to be served.  A suspended sentence is not a get-out-of-jail free card that you can carry around the country with you, applying it to sentence after sentence, crime after crime.
