Do you have to sign a contract after you quit that you didnt sign when hired?

I am a subcontractor for a cleaning company. When I was fired hired my manager
did not give me my contract to sign or explain any of it to me. I have quit and
she now wants me to sign the contract. Legally, do I have to sign the contract
after I have already quit?

No, you don't have to sign it. If they want you to sign it, they have to make it worth your while--i.e. offer you something that makes you willing to voluntarily sign it, like severance. Signing is voluntary, so only sign if you want to and are getting something for it.
