Do I have Right to know if im included in my uncles will?

My uncle and best friend of 20 years recently passed. His wife my aunt has discarded me as a member of family and I believe im in his will. What are my legal actions?

I am so sorry for your loss and for the stuation as it is.  If you are named in the Will then you will get a copy of same in the mail with informnation as to when it is being offered for Probate.  Or you should be getting it.   Under stand, though, that a Will is a public record once it is filed and you can review it in the Probate Court file.  Good luck.
