Do I have a case for work if there is no contact but I have all records, documents, files and contact info?

I am a freelance graphic designer and worked for someone for 6 months. He paid me regularly but without a contract and still owes me $345, after I gave him 2 weeks. If I take him to small claims, would I be likely to win, even if there is not a contract but I have all original files, artwork, emails, and records?

What you mean to say is that there was no written contract, but there was an oral or verbal one--the terms under which you agreed to work. Oral agreements are enforceable. If you can show the existence and terms of the agreement, such as by showing what you were previously paid for work (and/or by emails, invoices, etc.), and can also show that you did work for which you were not paid, you would seem to have a reasonable chance of prevailing in court.
