What to do if I divorced and have since legally changed my name but my Will is in my old name?

Do I need to redo the Will or can I attach legal name change papers to it?

Was you Will done when you were married?  If the answer is yes then you should re do it anyway as it may indeed be invalid anyway under the law.  AT the very least you should have an attorney review it for you t make sure that it is still valid.  Good luck.
