Ok so Georgia is an "equitable distribution" state meaning that assets are divided equitably not equally.  But how your house is divided has NOTHING to do with the downpayment.  That get's reimbursed off the top if it came from separate property - like a pre-marital savings account.  Get yourself a lawyer and have the house properly appraised.  The Judge can decide percentages.
