Unfortunately, as an at will employee, you have no rights in or to your job: you employer can eliminate your position, terminate you, offer you a lower level or paying job as your only alternative to termination, etc., at any time, for any reason, even if you are good at your job. The employer also has no obligation to share their future business plans, the riak of a position being eliminated, etc. with you, even if they know information relevant or important to you. d in what you write, there appears to be no legal action you can take.
