my boyfriend bought me a home for 35,000 and wanted the home in my name only and my name is the only name on the deed to my home now he wants to take it from me can he do this ?

No, he can't: if the home is in your name only, it is your home--you are the owner, not him. Unless there is some written contract between you to the effect that you must sell or give it to him under certain circumstances, the home is yours to do with at you will. He can't take it from you, and you could likely remove him from it with the proper legal action (consult with an attorney if you wish to explore that option). The person a home is titled to is the owner; that's why if you did not contractually agree to give him certain rights, he does not have any rights over the home.
