Company constantly fires people for no reason

Can a company constantly fire good
employees just because ? I worked for a
company for 11 years never had a write up
never had a warning all my areas exceeeded-
a new CEO out into place who worked for the
company on another level and just because
she doesn’t like you fired you regardless of how
well you do and have done your job – then
proceeded to fire everyone that you have hired
– this is not the first time this company has the
worst turnover rate in the last few years due to
management Changes but can a company
legally keep doing this to people?

Unless there exists a union agreement or employment contract that provides otherwise, a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of actionable discrimination). Accordingly, as an "at will"worker you (or your co-workers)can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
