Cold I get a driver’s licence in another state if my license has been suspended?

My drivers liscence has been suspended due to unpaid fines. The tickets are for failure to provide proof of insurance and headlight not on (htis was due due to a short). Also, at this time I believe I have 3 driving while suspended. Other than those minor issues on my driving record, my record is good.

What most people fail to realize is that virtually all states share information about license revocations and/or suspensions with one another. This is pursuant to what is known as theInterstate Driver's License Compact", which is an agreement between the states. Accordingy, if someone applies apply for a license in another state, their revocation and/orsuspension in the first state will be turn up as the national database will share their driving information.
