Can you register a LLC as transportation, but provide different services under that LLC?

For example, if I registered as a transportation of general freight, but then
want to have a brokerage, warehousing, advertising and etc divisions. Can
they all be done without having to do additional paperwork or filing fees?

Yes, you can do this: you can register a limited liability company to do one thing, but then do something or -things else. LLCs (or corporations) are not held or restricted to their stated business purpose; they can engage in any legal business or operation.
