Cana state go back 22 years on a DUI?

I received a DIU in another state, went to court, paid all my fines and attended what classes were required of me. However, 22 years later I received a letter from my state saying that my licenses are suspended. After calling the state’s that issues the DUI and speaking to thier DMV, I was told that they never received a certain form? The one letter that was sent out from the DMV was 21 years ago when I was in Iraq so I never received it. Even if I had there was nothing to be done at that time. So how after 22 years can a state suspend your license?

It is unusual but could happen. Gather whatever document you still have and ask DMV to send another form. They should also offer you a hearing which you can explain what happened.
