Can the executrix of an estate rent out the deceased person’s residential home for estate profit while waiting for the whole probate process to finish?

I am so sorry for your loss.  Generally speaking, yes, the Executrix has the power to manage estate assets during the pendency of the probate and yes, the estate can make a profit from the rental.  That would be more for the beneficairies or to carry the charges associated with a home during the probate.  Good luck.
