Can my sister sponsor me for a green card?

If yes, how long does it take? My sister is a US citizen. I’m 27 years old, not married and currently in the US on a tourist visa.

Yes, any US Citizen can sponsor you for a Green Card, provided they meet the requirements. There are various steps and the exact time frame depends on too many variables to be able to say for sure.   There is an Affidavit of Support that needs to be completed after the initial petition is accepted as well.  Please seek some help with this to get it right the first time, which is very important.  Good luck.
