Can my roommate get me evicted if my boyfriend is always here with me?
Our lease is up in 3 months but she is trying hard to get out of the lease before its time. Can she just get me evicted? And if so will I have to pay for the lease being broke?

Just because your boyfriend is always at the rental that you have such in and of itself does not necessarily mean that she will be able to get you evicted over such an issue. Since the lease will be up in three (3) months I doubt that you landlord will try to evict you over what you have written.
