Can my husband take my name off the lease without my consent?

My husband took my name off the lease after he changed the locks at the apartment. And the apartment management allowed him to take my name off. Is that legal to take my name off the lease without my consent?

He didn't take your name off; the manangement company took your name off.  That and the changing of the locks would most likely violte the law as to your rights in the use and occupancy of the marital home.  Unless you have agreed to the matter or a court has issued an order giving him exclusive use and occupancy you have a valid beef.  Get help.  Good luck.
