Can my employer tell other employees why I’m out on disability?
I told my supervisor that I’m going on disability and gave him the reason. I then come to learn through text that others overheard my supervisor telling people my condition.obe of my fellow employees was at party where a member of management told that employee and his wife what was wrong with me. That employee then text me everything. I want to go to hr but the employee that told me feels like he will get in trouble. I don’t really care I have all the text messages.

If your supervisor simply told other employees that you are out on "disability" stating such in and of itself was proper if that is the truth. However, if the specifics as to why you are out in "disability" were mentioned, then potentially your privacy may have been violated under work guidelines under any employer employee handbook that might be in effect at work.
I suggest that you discuss the situation with your human resources department at work.
