Can my boss share my employment status with employees before telling me

My boss provided my termination
status with other employees
before notifying me

Unfortunately, while unprofessional this action does not give rise to a claim. That is unless it violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement. The fact is that in an "at will" work relationship, a company can set the conditions of employment much as it see fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
