can my boss force to greet him

My boss whants me to greet him
every time i see him even if im
busy with my work he told me i
have to stop and run to shake his
hand and before I go home find him
where ever he is and tell him good
night or what ever.

While somewhat odd, this request is legal. The fact is that in an "at will" employment relationship, an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. This includes mandating that an employee to greet them. That is unless this action violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement or constitutes some form of legally actionable discrimination.
