In all states in this country, there are statutes allowing a landlord upon reasonable notice to enter the rented unit for various reasons such as repairs, maintenance, to rent it, or to sell the unit.

Typically 24 hours is deemed sufficient reasonable notice for a landlord to enter a tenant's rental. In your case, the landlord can show your house to other possible tenants but you are required to be given reasonable notice for the showing.
