You can sue your landlord for invasion of privacy.  Invasion of privacy is a serious interference with your right to be let alone and protected from unwarranted and undesired intrusions.  The invasion of your privacy is an unwanted and unprivileged intrusion on your physical seclusion.  Your damages (the amount of compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit against your landlord for invasion of privacy) would include compensation for mental distress and if applicable physical illness.  You can also seek punitive damages against your landlord for his wrongful conduct.  Punitive damages are a substantial amount to punish the defendant's malicious, intentional, wrongful acts.
