Can I sue a casino if my dad fell in valet area and within a week died from complications from the fall?

I don’t know what made him fall, it could possibly be his own imbalance.

There is only justification to sue if the casino was at fault in causing the fault a property owner is not liable, or financially responsible for, a fall or other injuries if they did not cause it. So unless your rather fell because of something negligent, or careless, which the casino did, such as having an unsafe e.g. broken or pot-holed walkway, they would not be liable for your loss.
