Can I sew my job for discrimination ?

My manager makes several racist comments to
me. I have a witness who heard him once. Im
also being forced to continue working in an
area where Im highly allergic to iodine. And
they still have me working around it but have
however deferred me from donating because of
these reasons.even though other employees
donate while they are allergic

Yes, if a company refuses or fails to take action to stop racist comments, they are engaged in illegal race-based employment discrimination or harassment. You could sue them, though a good place to start is by contacting the federal EEOC to file a complaint--the EEOC's help (if they can and do help you) is free.
