Can I re-immigrate to the US under the EB3 visa petition after having my green card through marriage revoked?

Yes, you can as long as your green card was simply revoked for failure to show up at the interview or timely submit an application for renewal.  You will need to get the employer to start the employment-based process on your behalf from the beginning.
