Can I name as beneficiary to my assets in the US, a friend that is foreigner in another country?

There is nothing preventing you from naming your friend who is a foreign national as a beneficiary under your estate be it through a Will or a trust. In order to set up the Will or trust I suggest that you consult with an attorney experienced in that area of the law.
