Can I legally obtain a driver’s license in another stateif I have a license in myhome statebut am awaiting sentencing for a third DUI?

I am awaiting sentencing so my drivers license is still valid until the court will revoke it. Can I legally obtain another license in another state before my current drivers license is revoked? What, if any, ramifications are there to this? Will my state know and report this to the other state?

Probably not. When you apply for a drivers license you need to sign paperwork that will ask if you are licensed in another state. I wouldn't recommend lying on any of the paperwork. It could come back to bite you. Here in South Carolina, people can usually apply for one of two different temporary licenses while their DUI is pending. You might want to check on it.
