Can I have my husbands girlfriend kicked out of the home we own together?

We have been separated for a year now…. I was just
served with divorce papers the other day. I want his
girlfriend out of the home we own together til the
divorce is final. We have two children together that
we are also going to have to go to court over.

Unfortunately, you cannot kick her out of the home: each owner of a home (so both your husband and you) have the right to let any guests they want stay in the home, so you cannot prevent him from having his girlfriend staying there.
