my hours are cut in half from 35-
40 hours niw is only12-18 for the
cold weather season im having
surgery that is takin me out for a
month or so how can i take care of
my family

In your state, you may be eligible for unemployment if you work 3 or less days per week and earn less than $430 per week--if you work or earn more than that, you are not eligible. Even if you are eligible, the amount you can receive is less if you are working than if you are completely unemployed: contact the unemployment office and submit a claim to determine what you are eligible for.
