Can i get my record expunged?

I have a felony attempted trafficking
charge from 2013 in rowan co., Nc. I am
trying to figure out when i can get my
record expunged.

You didn't give much by way of the details of your situation. However, in NC, expungements of criminal records are not generally permitted. Eligible criminal records are limited to (1) a first time non-violent offense comitted more then 15 years ago, (2) a first time offense committed under the age of 18 1/2, and (3) a charge that was dismissed or disposed of as "not guilty". At this point, you may ant to consult with a local criminal law attorney.
