Can I dispute my attorney’s bill?

Recently divorced. Signed a contract with my attorney that she would bill me immediately and regularly if I went above my retainer. 2 months after the divorce, I received my only bill for $3200 above the retainer. I also have found many discrepancies in my bill that I can substantiate. Do I have any recourse?

If you can't resolve the matter with the attorney, you can contact the State Bar which may have fee arbitration to try to resolve the issue.
