Can I be held liable for alcohol related accidents from my drinking card game?

I’ve designed a drinking card game, and have many warnings about 21 only drinking, drink responsibly, don’t drink and drive, etc on the packaging. However if someone were to play my game, get a DUI or worse, could I be held liable for whatever happens because they were drinking while playing my game? This is the only thing stopping me from releasing it to the public.

Even though you have disclaimers and warning about your alcohol drinking game there is always the possibility that some creative attorney could figure out a legal basis to file suit against you in connection with it. Assuming you release the game to the public for resale, you should consider having adequate insurance for liability.
