Can an employer force me to use personal credit for corporate travel expenses?

I have been employed here for just over a year, and the new travel policy took effect barely 2 weeks after being announced, most of us can’t handle $10k or $20k of monthly travel costs.

Yes, your employer could require employees to use their personal credit or debit cards, checking accounts, cash, etc. for travel expenses. If an employee cannot or will not do this, the employee could be fired. This is actually very common--in 20 years of employment, I have never been issued a "corporate" card for expenses (which have included frequent flights and hotel stays) and always had to put it on my personal credit cards, for example.
