If I’m an RN, can my employersee adiversion on my background check?

Should I admit and explain the CWOF (continuance without a finding) before they run the CORI (criminal record offender information) check?

If you have made a job application and there has been a background check as to you to assist the potential employer in making a decision to hire you as an employee, most likely all criminal convictions will show.

If there is the likelihood of a criminal conviction showing up on your background check, it is suggested that you admit to all prior convictions and give an explanation as to what happened.

From an employer's position, if an applicant does not admit a prior conviction and it shows up on a background check, the chances of getting that position is pretty remote.
