Can an employer pay you something other than what’s posted on the salary schedule?
My employer is paying me a lower pay than on
the board approved salary schedule. I’ve talked
to her before and she gives me the run around.
This salary schedule is current and board
approved. My title is under this pay yet I’m not
being payed this amount. Please advise.

Yes, your employer may. Those salary schedules do not form enforceable contracts; they may represent what the company normally pays or feels is appropriate, but are not binding on the company. If your employer's supervisors or higher-ups allow her to pay other than as per the schedule, that is legal.
