I live 300 miles from the county where bench warrant was issued. Can I take care of it at my county’s courthouse?

No, you can not. You need to appear before the Judge that issued the warrant. He or she has "jurisdiction" in the underlying case. The best thing for you to do being that you are so far away is to hire an attorney that practices in the county in which the warrant was issued to file a Motion to Quash the Warrant. Although it still may be a possibility that the Judge will require you to appear personally, it is not a high probability that that will happen. If you can not hire an attorney then you will need to appear personally, probably post bond and then set a hearing date. But you have to take care of it one way or another. So good luck.
