Can a supervisor/manager take a longer lunch or meal break than regular employees?

All employee’s, manager, supervisor full-time or part-time should generally keep the same amount of break time or are supervisors and managers allowed to take longer breaks, including longer lunch meals than regular employees?

The answer to your question depends on stated company policy or any applicable employment contracts or union/collective bargaining agreements. If such behavior is not specifically prohibited, then a supervisor/manager is not legally mandated to take the same amount of break time and other employees. The fact is that in an "at will" employment relationship, a company can set the terms of the workplace much as it sees fit. This includes how long supervisors/managers can take for meal and rest breaks. If you do not agee with this, you can either complain and risk termination or quit.
