Can a school official deprive students of water?

The band director at my school recently started a hardcore marching program

where we practice for 2 hours a day and usually it is not an issue but a couple

days ago he stopped giving us water breaks. Can he legally stop giving us

water breaks?

The band director cannot deprive students of water.
If you have your parents contact the principal regarding this issue, and explain that if any students become ill because the band director has deprived them of water, the school and school district will be sued. This situation will abruptly end because the principal will speak with the band director.
